Philip Peters 14/11/07

On 14 November, 2007 the leading US-Cuba policy analyst, Philip Peters, spoke at the International Institute for the Study of Cuba on the prospects of change in Washington's stance to wards Cuba in the post Fidel Castro period.

Mr Peters, Vice-President of the Lexington Institute was a former member of the State Department staff under Ronald Reagan and George Bush Snr.

More than 70 people attended the seminar held in the Henry Thomas Room, of the Tower Building in North Campus.
